Comprehensive Course consists of three modules: 1) Russian Consumer Culture & Psychology for Managers. Preventing Cross-cultural Conflicts, 2) Russian Consumer Culture & Psychology for Managers. Conflict Handling, and 3) Russian Consumer Culture & Psychology for Managers. Developing Business and gives the deepest knowledge of the subject and the whole set of skills managers need for optimally effective work with tourists from former USSR.

Registration fee is 708 Euros (including VAT). After paying the grant - 232 Euros (119 Euros + 113 Euros VAT).
