First of all your guests have to know their new home. These are hundreds of small things – from how switch on air condition to what time breakfast is served.  You need to tell them about the hotel in the form which is both understandable and leave a good impression. Thus, you need many small notes written in good – understandable and polite Russian: signs, labels, catalogs, menus etc.

And of course as all hosts you want that not only your guest feel good with you, but you feel good with your guest. To explain what is right and what is wrong is a big challenge. It is not simply to say "This is good, and this is bad; this is permitted, and this is prohibited". If you want your requests work, you must do much more - find the key to readers of your requests.
