PSYCHOLOGICALLY EFFECTIVE DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PATIENTS 

Duration - 1 day, 7 hours.  Language – English. Participants - nurses and everybody contacting patients directly

 

The goal are providing basing psychological knowledge and training the skills of psychologically effective dealing with different psychological problems: depression, aggressiveness,  anxiety and fears, hyperexcitation etc. 

 

     Introduction: General information on stress, psychosomatics, overall mental changes of patients, and repertoir of personnel' behavior and ways to self-control it - 1 hour

     Play training of with changing roles - 5.5 hours in 3 session (2, 2, and 1.5 hours)

     Conclusion - 0.5 hours.  

 

 

 

The registration fee is € 105 per participant (VAT not included).  Grant from  ΑνΑΔ - € 84. The rest € 21 may be covered by the special fund of WIHP (contact us for details).
