What Higher Psychology Is

 

Higher Psychology is the emerging psychological discipline dealing with higher levels of the development of individuals, groups, organizations and societies where the states of development are more complex.

 

The task of applied higher psychology is to make development of both individuals and organizations as smooth as possible through removing inner barriers and facilitating the positive processes. For businesses this means the growth of effectiveness. The methodology that aims to assist businesses in their development is elaborated by the higher industrial psychology. Development of organization includes development of both motives of workers and their creativeness.

 

Development of organization includes development of relationships between workers and creating good psychological atmosphere in organization.

 

And of course, development of organizations means individual development of people constituting organization. Happy worker works better. And to make your workers happier you have to surround them by the atmosphere of love where they have better opportunities for own development and for own self-realization. Sometimes these non-material benefits may compensate even the modest salary. 

 

And, last but not least, development organization includes development of its relationships with partners and customers.

Who We Are

Ekaterina Zelitchenko graduated Faculty of Psychology of Moscow Lomonosov State University and has a rich experience in consulting, training, coaching, teaching, translating, editing and writing.

Dr. Alexander Zelitchenko is a former professor of Faculty of Psychology of Moscow Lomonosov State University. He has 35 years experience in teaching, counselling, consulting, research, and writing many books and articles on almost all topics of psychology. He is founder of Web Institute of Higher Psychology.
