International Shipments and Returns
We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours of receipt and it should be with you within 7 to 15 working days of dispatch (Most European destinations 5 to 7 working days, non-European countries 7 to 15 working days approximately). Weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days.
We will ship your order with the Cyprus Post International Parcel Service or EMS/Datapost Courier Service in your choice.
These are very reliable and secure services which will get your order to you within the above estimated times. However, please let us know if you do not receive your order in good time and we will look into the matter. Delivery times may be longer for certain products and at certain periods in the year.
When you return a Product to us,in an unused, undamaged condition, because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see clause 4 in our T&Cs), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date of receipt of the returned Product. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, but not the cost of sending the Product to you. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to us.
Tracking your International Order
You can trace through IPS (International Postal System) the course of a postal item from the time of its posting until its delivery. After we ship your order we will supply you with your Order Tracking Number. Enter the item number you want to track (without spaces ie. XX123456789XX), then click Submit:
Special Shipping Requirements for certain countries:
AUSTRALIA
A quarantine permit for foodstuff is required by the importer. Alcohol is not restricted. Import duties and taxes are charged on all shipments at a rate of about 40% on the CIF value (value of goods plus freight cost).
CANADA
Canadian law prohibits the import of Alcohol into Canada unless the importer first obtains the permission of the provincial liquor control board.
