COVID News: Pediatric hospitalizations spiked during late summer, CDC data shows

The latest data from the CDC shows that COVID-19-associated hospitalization rates among U.S. children rose rapidly during late June to mid-August.

Particularly concerning is the rate among children aged 0-4 years which was nearly 10 times the rate seven weeks earlier.
